We are currently accepting applications for all nationalities and backgrounds. To secure your child’s place in our community, please review the requirements below.
Schooling Hours at JoyKids International Preschool
Mondays to Fridays:
9:00am to 12:00pm / 12.30pm / 1:00pm (Half Day)
9:00 am to 3.00pm (Full Day)
Admissions Requirement
We accept children of all nationalities, religions and social backgrounds. We seek to build a diverse group of children who can learn and grow in an exceptional and exciting environment.
To enrol your child as a student at JoyKids, you will need to prepare the following documents for submission: JoyKids registration form visit
3 passport-sized photographs
Child’s Immunisation Record – a copy
Father’s NRIC (Malaysian / Permanent Resident only) or copy of Work Permit (copy on both sides)
Mother’s NRIC (Malaysian / Permanent Resident only) or copy of Work Permit (copy on both sides)
Child’s birth certificate (Malaysian only) or Passport and/or Dependent Visa (copy on both sides)
Emergency action plan for anaphylaxis (if required)
Upon registration, your child will be allotted a class and a date of commencement or be placed on the waiting list. Before your child begins at Joy Kids, confirmation will be sent to you. We will be happy to show you and your family around Joy Kids, introduce you to the staff and explain as much as possible to your child.
Your registration only becomes valid when you visit to confirm your application and pay the registration fee and deposit. We accept children at any time of the academic year if places are available.
How to Apply
Applications for enrolment at the school can be submitted via email/online or by handing in a printed application form. Parents unable to complete an application form alone can request assistance from the admissions team at admissions@joykids.my.
Together with the application form, we ask parents to submit:
• Copies of your child’s most recent school report
• Application Fee (proof of bank transfer)
After the application is submitted, a parent meeting and child assessment will be scheduled. The school aims to communicate the application outcome within a few days of the assessment date. Once everything has been approved, we will ask you to sign and return a copy of our Declaration Form.

We welcome and encourage prospective parents to experience the school and its facilities first-hand. You can arrange for a private tour anytime by contacting our admissions department, which will gladly show you around the campus and answer any questions you may have. You can also discuss application and enrolment, should you wish.
In addition, we hold several open days in 3 terms throughout the year for parents to visit and learn more about our curriculum.
