Students have the opportunity to observe things that are not available at school, including exotic wildlife, rare plants and more. They are also able to spend much of the school trip day in small groups, observing, chatting and learning about each other. The informal setting lends well to an environment where no question is off limits and children are more likely to let their adventurous side take over.
